A step-by-step guide to a union-made Father's Day

Our dads have done a lot for us over the years; from carrying us on his shoulders when we were small to guiding us through life’s lessons as we became adults. Once a year we give a little back to Dad on Father’s Day, and Labor 411 has put together a union-made day that will put a smile on his face.eggs and bacon

Step 1. Make him a classic breakfast: Bacon and eggs, a side of toast and a steaming hot cup o’ joe.

Bacon: Alexander and Hornung, Butterball, Farmland, Farmer John, Hormel, Oscar Mayer

Eggs: Alta Dena, BonEEBest, Horizon, President’s Choice

Toast: Country Hearth, Earthgrain, Fiber One, Oroweat, Thomas’ English Muffins

Coffee: USA Coffee Company, Eight O’Clock, Maxwell House, Folgers

Step 2. Dad’s Day wouldn’t be complete without a barbecue. Fire up the grill, this is what he’s been waiting for.

Grill goods: Johnsonville brats, Omaha Steaks, Oscar Mayer hot dogs, Ball Park franks, Foster Farms poultry

Snacks: Lay’s, Doritos, Rold Gold pretzels, Pace and Old El Paso salsas, Planters Peanuts, Oreos, Wheat Thins, Triscuitssteak bbq

Beer and other beverages: Our beer list is long, click here. Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, Welch’s. Captain Morgan rum, Herradura Tequila, Jim Beam, Knob Creek

Step 3. Time for presents! Get him something nice. We have a few suggestions:
