Employer Reporting of COVID-19 Exposure
AB 685 (Reyes)

Requires employers, within 24 hours of a notification, to tell workers, their unions, and local and state public health agencies of a COVID-19 exposure in the workplace. It also gives the public necessary information to track their own potential exposure, helping to limit the spread of the virus.
